Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of rummagemedia.com, rummage.media and any related pages (the “site”), operated by Soravai Studios LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who may use the site

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Our content and intellectual property

All films, series, episodes, trailers, stills, artwork, characters, worlds, stories, music, text, logos, designs and other material on the site (“Content”) are owned by or licensed to Soravai Studios LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. “Rummage Media”, the Rummage Media logo and our title and character names are our trademarks. Nothing on the site grants you any licence to them except as stated here.

You may view the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not, without our prior written permission:

• copy, download, record, re-upload, broadcast, stream, sell, rent or publicly perform any Content;
• create derivative works, fan merchandise for sale, or other commercial uses of our Content, names or characters;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or extract Content or data from the site by automated means;
• use any Content to train, fine-tune, test, prompt or otherwise develop artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models or datasets;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other notices.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected systems, or probe or test their security;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, including by introducing malware or placing an unreasonable load on it;
• impersonate Rummage Media or anyone else, or falsely suggest an affiliation with us;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.

5. Unsolicited submissions

We do not accept unsolicited story ideas, scripts, manuscripts, artwork or other creative material. If you send us material we have not requested, you agree that we have no obligation to review it, keep it confidential, return it or compensate you, and that we may already be developing, or may later develop, similar ideas independently. Feedback you give us about the site may be used without obligation to you.

6. Copyright complaints

We respect the rights of others. If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, email rummagemedia@soravai.com with: your contact details; a description of the work; the location of the material on the site; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature.

7. Third-party services and links

Some videos play through third-party providers such as YouTube (subject to the YouTube Terms of Service), and some links lead to other websites or retailers. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Books, audiobooks or other products you buy from a retailer are sold by that retailer under its terms.

8. Disclaimer

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Release dates, formats, prices and availability are subject to change.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soravai Studios LLC and its members, officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of these sections may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soravai Studios LLC and its members, officers and employees from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or Content.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Soravai Studios LLC is organised and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of the country where you live.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time.

13. General

These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
